Parking was easy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our three-bedroom apartment was modern, clean, and really spacious. The sofa in the living room can also be used as an extra bed.

The unit was large, which was what we wanted, but we chose this hotel expecting a washer and dryer. There was only a drying rack. If the description had made that clear, we could have chosen another place. It felt like a bait and switch, and the hotel description was disappointing. The water park was closed, and the theme park wasn't much of one. Several features that seemed like they should be included cost extra or needed advance reservations, including the swimming pool. The kids were turned away when the pool hit its capacity. That would have been fine if we had been told at checkout. Housekeeping was meant to come partway through our stay but never showed up. Having to call the night before we left was inconvenient. We were also told we'd be charged another $35 if we didn't wash the dishes and take out the trash. For a place that advertises a five-star stay, this felt like three and a half stars at best. I'd probably have booked elsewhere if we'd known more beforehand. If newer facilities and better service are what you want, there's a Marriott hotel down the street.

We went to the pool every day, and its locker room was really good. The outdoor pool did have some mosquitoes bothering us. Our suites ondol house was a very large villa style place, with three big rooms, two bathrooms, and separate air-conditioning in each room. The kitchen had a range of electrical appliances, and the construction of the rooms was good. The bathroom water pressure was very weak, though, and the room rate was quite expensive.

There’s a 24/7 convenience store and a Twosome place coffee house nearby, and the three-bedroom condo itself was spotless. It had everything we needed, including a cooker, microwave, and laundry machine. Each room's built-in AC could be controlled separately. The master bedroom also had its own bathroom and a walk-in closet. A great family base on Jeju Island, highly recommended.
