W Ocean Pension worked really well for my four-day conference trip to ICC Jeju. It's conveniently located for the venue, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores right outside. It also suits people looking for a quieter part of Seogwipo. For getting around the rest of Jeju, though, you'll need a bus, taxi, or rental car. The price and location are both very good, and I'd recommend it. My room was simple, clean, and quiet during my stay, though noise will depend on who else is staying there. It had two single beds, adjustable floor heating with a controller, air conditioning, a microwave, fridge, electric kettle, and basic cookware for simple meals or instant food. Towels and bins were refreshed daily, but drinking water was supplied only on the first day. The bathroom was clean and had a washlet. TV and Wi-Fi worked fine. I didn't use the shared spaces, so can't comment on them. A sea-facing room has a nice view from the window.

Everything else was perfectly fine, but the washing machine is small. If you're staying in the second building, you have to walk to the first building to use it, which is especially unpleasant in winter because of the cold.
