The staff spoke English, which was a big plus, and the hotel provided unlimited bottled water for free. My King bed room was lavishly furnished and had an amazing view. The bathroom had a rain shower and a bidet toilet with warm water and warm air. Netflix was included on the TV, with no extra charge to watch anything. There was one assigned parking spot in the underground garage. The hotel is close to AK Mall, shops, restaurants, and all the bus lines. It wasn't too busy or noisy, so it was a great place to relax or hang out with friends and felt like a home away from home. Seoul was 20 to 40 minutes away in light traffic. The price was phenomenal. I'd book it again on my next trip to Korea. Love this place!

I spent almost a week here. The hotel feels high class for an affordable price, and the rooms are spacious, well equipped, and nice-looking. The business room is more of a relaxation space, though, with no coffee or tea, so it wasn't very convenient for work. I had breakfast every morning. There were quite a few options, but I've had better breakfasts at similar hotels in China. Restaurants and shopping malls are easy to find nearby. Location: 5*. Room comfort: 5*. Bed comfort: 5*. Breakfast: 4*. Business room: 3*. Quality/price: 5*.

Reception staff were really helpful and polite, and there was an Emart24 and dal.komm coffee in the lobby. The hotel was comfortable and clean. It uses central heating and has no air conditioning as part of its environmental approach. Water and osulloc tea were provided. The train station and AKplaza are within walking distance.

I stayed for six days on a business trip, and the service was so good. The place was super clean, and each evening I came back to find everything arranged and the room cleaned, whatever state I'd left it in. Lotte mart is right next to the building, and there's a joggers park about 200 metres away. As a Hindu, I don't eat beef or pork, so breakfast was a bit disappointing for me. I'm sure you won't be disappointed otherwise.
