I spent two weeks here on a business visit from Canada and had a great experience. It was amazing.

Aside from an unfriendly kitchen staff member, things were fine, and I could have ramen when I missed breakfast. If you arrive late, there's nothing left to eat. The room was clean and in good condition, and it's non-smoking. The one bad moment was my card key failing for the first time I'd ever had that happen at a hotel, leaving me in the dark for 20 minutes.

We happened to book this hotel and ended up staying four nights. It’s right in the city center, very clean, and the room had everything we needed. They cleaned it every day. The staff, including the cleaning team, were super friendly and helpful. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

The VIP room’s massager, bathroom, and bed styler all left me very satisfied.

On my business trip, I noticed a faint cigarette smell in the room, which I didn't like. The front desk staff were almost overly kind, though. It was close to the lake park, and I appreciated that breakfast was included in the price, enough for a filling but simple start to the morning.
