The room clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. There were visible food stains on the filthy bed sheets and comforter. It felt extremely unhygienic and unacceptable for a hotel.

The staff were friendly, and the bed in room 915 was very comfortable, so I extended my stay at first. But the WiFi was unreliable: it wouldn’t connect to the assigned room and sometimes picked up other rooms with weak or no signal. I switched from 915 to 910 because I couldn’t get online, but 910 wouldn’t connect to its own network either, and sometimes connected to 915. In the end I had to move to a less comfortable room and bed. The bathrooms are poorly laid out, with no shower door, so the toilet area gets soaked and you have to walk through a puddle. The location was okay, though the train and subway aren’t very close and you need a bus.

It’s quite far from central Seoul, but the service and room were good. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby.
