N Joy Stay

The staff really came through when my boyfriend needed care for the stitches from a leg injury he got in Jeju. We asked reception where to find a nearby clinic to disinfect the wound. A staff member who spoke fluent Chinese, whose name I unfortunately didn't get, offered to take us there and explained everything to the doctor and nurses. It made the visit smooth and easy after we'd struggled to communicate in Jeju, since neither of us speaks Korean. We really appreciated him going out of his way to help. Our room was cozy and matched the online photos, with nice, roomy beds. The toilet area was on the small side, and opening several suitcases on the floor would be tricky, so we slid ours under the bed to free up space. Everything looked clean, and the fourth floor had complimentary ramen and coffee. The location worked well for us, close to Dongmyo flea market, which I love, and within walking distance of the train station. At first we had trouble finding the place in taxi apps and never maps, but got used to it after a while. It may have been because the hotel was very newly built. I'd recommend staying here and would come back on a future Seoul trip.
