I left extremely disappointed. There was no hot water in freezing weather, so I had to take cold showers, and the room wasn't clean. I found a pen and charger left behind by other guests. The checkout issue was worse. A front desk staff member gave me a handwritten note promising a 90% refund, then later denied to both Agoda and me that they had written it. I found the conversation extremely frustrating: they don't speak English, insisted on speaking only Korean, and showed no hospitality or responsibility toward an international traveler. Communication felt impossible. I'm appalled by the lack of integrity. Don't rely on their verbal or written promises. Avoid this hotel. I'm super disappointed that there was no hot water, the room was so dirty, and nobody took responsibility. (They will delete the bad review!!)

The staff are friendly, the room was clean, and you can get free drinks in the lobby. The location is great too. I'd like to stay here again.

I had a bad experience. There was no basic service, and they seemed irresponsible. I even found an item that wasn't mine.

The room was clean, though not spacious. It was just big enough to open one 28L carrier, not two. I stayed for one night for a medical check, and the medical center was a six-minute walk away. The Metro station on line 2 is about ten minutes on foot, with several restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel. I'd recommend it for a business trip.
