CCV Resitel

The rooms are put together well, but I'd avoid the back ones since they only look out on the schools or metal workshops. This is a fairly new apartment block, opened in November 2011. Its location isn't ideal: it's beside a four-lane motorway along a small offshoot of the Hangang River, and staying on a low floor may mean more traffic noise. The closest major shopping area is a 15-20 minute walk away, though there's a small convenience store on the ground floor that's open late. The immediate surroundings include a school, a driving school and several rows of small and medium metal machine shops. CCV means "Colcavil," and "resitel" seems to be Korean English combining residence and hotel.
