The owners made both of my stays at Daelim Residence in 2014 really enjoyable. They were warm and always ready to help, and the owner even takes a commemorative selfie with guests at checkout and gives them a printed copy. I’d recommend it to foreigners. I stayed for more than 15 days, and the kitchenette, utensils, bathroom, and bed all held up well. The room is small but comfortable, with what you need for a short or long stay. It’s in Guro, north of the Han River. A department store, a bingsu cafe, and a coffee shop are just down the street. The location is convenient, and the subway is an easy walk away.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, plus bus stops and a subway station within walking distance. The owner was accommodating, and the beds were very comfortable. It may be a low-cost hotel, but the rooms are excellent and have what you need for a comfortable stay. I had a great time here and would happily recommend it.

For a work trip near my company in December, this felt like home. The staff were friendly, and the room was nice and clean, with a washer and a small kitchen. There was free coffee and hot and cold drinking water, plus a heater for cold weather. It’s a 9-minute walk to subway line no 1. Great value for the money, and better than I expected.

The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the location is great. There isn't much dresser or closet space, and the laundry drying rack is small. Those things don't bother me much, though, so I'm enjoying my stay.

I spent two weeks here on my first vacation to Seoul. The people running the hotel were helpful, and the room stayed clean and quiet, which made the trip pleasant. I'd book here again if I return to Seoul.
