dwell Dongdaemun

Hoegi Station is close by, with two lines that can take you almost anywhere without changing. There are also lots of restaurants, cafes and universities nearby. Inside Dwell, the kitchen and shared spaces are roomy, and there's a laundry room and gym in the building. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, and regularly arrange resident activities that make it easier to feel at home. Dwell was a definite highlight of my time in Seoul. 10/10, I'd recommend it!

I had such a good time living at Dwell, and was proud to represent them as an Ambassador for three months. The shared spaces are modern and spacious, and the facilities are convenient. Gym access is included in the rent. Staff are friendly and try hard to help with problems, whatever the day or time. It's near the subway, KHU and HUFS, which made getting around convenient for me. The rent is fairly reasonable too, so contact them if you're looking for a good deal in Seoul.

Dwell made my time in Seoul memorable and comfortable, and I'd gladly come back if I get the chance. I cared most about cleanliness and security, and the rooms, gym, halls, kitchen, rooftop and lobby were always clean. Entry is restricted to residents, which made it feel safe. They also organize outings and get-togethers to help residents learn about the community, Seoul and South Korea. The area is close to universities, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience stores and Hoegi Station, so it's easy to get around. Definitely recommend it!

There were a few small issues with the part timer when I first arrived, though I don't really blame dwell for those. After that, the experience was really good. Staff were always nice and helped whenever I needed something, and the room was very nice. It's a great way to meet people from different countries and universities. With the station so close, it's easy to explore Seoul, and there are plenty of bus stops nearby too.
