The unit was small but clean, with two beds and a connected shower area. It's a motel tucked away from the main street, about a five-minute walk from Seoul Station. There are no elevators, so you'll need to carry luggage up the stairs. The doors don't block all the sound.

The senior woman who checked us in was very helpful and spoke very good English. She let us leave our luggage at the motel for free after we asked, since our flight home was late in the evening. That gave us time to explore Seoul more. The price was very affordable, the room was quite spacious, and there were plenty of toiletries. I slept well, although the motel could use better soundproofing. It's near Seoul Station, and the stay felt worthwhile. Google Maps made it hard to find, so use Naver Map. The photos in the Google Maps review were misleading. There are only stairs and no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage is a downside.

They only told me on the day of my stay that they were cancelling because they hadn't checked the reservation I'd made three days earlier. If a guest cancels on the day, they have to pay a day's charge. In the reverse situation, all you get is a full refund, with no cancellation fee for the accommodation, and you're left finding another place on arrival day. I strongly recommend avoiding this accommodation if you don't want your trip ruined.

The owner was friendly and helpful, and the room had a comfortable bed, heated floor, and free hot and cold drinking water. It's clean, too, and very close to Seoul Station.
