The lounge itself wasn’t especially luxurious, but the staff made it feel special. Cansu, who worked there, was attentive to what guests needed and always ready to help. The lounge food was good, though the wine choices were limited. Breakfast was pretty standard, but I looked forward to the scrambled eggs every morning. The Korean section stood out, especially the bulogogi and mayak eggs, and it made the start of the day feel more connected to Korean culture. Service throughout the stay was superb, and check-in and checkout were seamless. As an Accor platinum member, I found the benefits perfect: an upgrade and early check-in were offered without my asking, and we were checked in by 11 AM. We arrived early to make the most of the stay. All the staff were pleasant and courteous, especially the woman who checked us in. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name so I could give her a special mention.

The airport bus and Line 4 are about four minutes away, while the MTR is a ten-minute walk. I’d go for the bigger room with a king-size bed, as it should be better and cooler. There are plenty of breakfast choices. Service was nice, though with so many rooms and people, the facilities and breakfast can take some time. #foodielifenini

The meals and drinks at The Food Exchange were excellent, and the team there was consistent and delivered great quality. Minjun Lee and his team deserve special thanks for such a good dining experience. At Novotel Ambassador Seoul Dongdaemun Hotels & Residences, the service exceeded my expectations. Sean, Eloy, and Jessica went out of their way to make the stay exceptional. To me, it’s easily the best hotel in Dongdaemun, with top-tier rooms and some of the best food around. Highly recommended.

I’ve stayed at plenty of other five-star hotels, and this one still exceeded my expectations. The staff were helpful and professional, and my room was very clean. There are good views around the hotel, plus amenities like a pool and gym. Check-in is on the beautiful 20th floor, and the room has the high tech you’d expect in Korea. I don’t regret staying here, and the price felt worth it. It really feels like a true five-star hotel in Seoul. I’ll visit again!

Dennis Jung made check-in feel warm and easy, and Daniel at the Concierge Desk gave helpful recommendations and great service. They both did a lot to make the stay memorable. The rest of the team was friendly and professional too, and the hotel was spotless and well cared for. We had a fantastic stay, highly recommended.
