Four Points by Sheraton Seoul, Guro

I slept well, and both the ventilation and air conditioning worked properly. The internet was steady and good for working remotely. Staff were very nice and helpful, with restaurants, shops, and the metro all within walking distance. I was happy with the stay and the good price for Sheraton - Marriott quality. I didn’t try the food here, so I can’t rate it. Thanks for a nice visit.

The subway is just a three-minute walk away, and the green circle line makes it easy to get to all the sights. Right outside the lobby is a Starbucks, while Olive Young is in the same building and a 7-Eleven is nearby for water and other things. I stayed for a week and felt at home. The breakfasts were top notch, with plenty of variety, quick preparation, and attentive staff. Everyone at the hotel was kind and lovely. I was surprised there was no dental kit or water in the room, as I’m a Marriott guest and haven’t come across that before in my travels. You can buy both for a small fee from a lobby machine, so it wasn’t much of a hassle. I highly recommend the hotel. With love, Sergei ❤️🙏🏻

The location is excellent, and Airport Bus 6004 stops right in front, which was especially convenient when we left in the snow. The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive, and I appreciated them offering late checkout without being asked. My friend felt unwell on checkout day, so the extra time gave her a chance to rest and recover before our airport trip. Highly recommended.

The buffet was very good, though I’d like to see fresh juice or a wider drink selection. I only stayed one night, so the room was manageable, but it was basic and had a strange smell, maybe from the bathroom drains. It smelled like sulphur and something else odd. The room was well insulated and a bit stuffy even with the window open.
