We paid for breakfast for three, including our child, but only received two portions. They told us children under eight don't get breakfast, so our kid had nothing to eat. Breakfast is a fixed set with no choices, and they wouldn't change it even when we asked the day before. Everyone gets the same thing, so allergies could be a concern, and you might pay for breakfast you can't eat. There were plenty of other problems in the room. No floor towel for after a shower, no rubbish bag for the bin, and nowhere to hang clothes or towels. There were cups for tea and coffee but nothing to stir with. We were three people, yet after the room was made up we got just one large towel and three small ones, which wasn't enough. The safe didn't work. We reported it in the morning, but it was still broken that evening. They also wouldn't let us take plates and cutlery to the room without explaining why. Instead, they gave us disposable plastic bowls and spoons. They say they're environmentally friendly, but this didn't feel consistent with that.

The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. Standard rooms are small, but fine for a few nights. It's a nice modern hotel, with very kind staff, and the nearest station is just a five-minute walk using public transport.

The staff were friendly, helpful and polite at all times, but this is addressed to the owner. We stayed two nights and don't plan to return. If you think profit is the only thing to consider, you're mistaken. These issues explain my rating: The bedding and towels were yellowish and stained, and towels had holes. Please use a better laundry service and replace damaged towels. The walls also need repainting, since the stains are off-putting. And the green hallway carpet, if you can call it that, has so many holes it looks like Swiss cheese and needs replacing. I can provide photos if you want. Fixing these things would make the hotel look much more professional. Thanks for your time.

I stayed here six years ago, and loved the linen, the huge kimono towel that fit my body, and the interior choices. It's tourist friendly too. The receptionist even wrote my destination in Korean for the drivers without me having to ask. I didn't try the breakfast.
