There was no warning beforehand, and they offered neither compensation nor another option. The AC in my room didn't work. Staff said that if they turned it on, they'd have to turn it on for everyone, then pointed to a notice telling guests to open the windows when hot. That's not acceptable for a hotel advertising AC in the room.

We left after just one night, even though we'd booked two nonrefundable nights. The room was dirty, with hair in the sink and stains on the bedsheets (see photo), and our floor smelled of cigarettes as soon as we got there. Sound carried straight between rooms, too. We could hear other guests flushing toilets, sneezing, and coughing. It was terrible, the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

Good hotel, close to both a bus station and a metro station.

The room was clean and everything worked out well for me. Reception staff were friendly and kind. Nice place to stay, and I'd recommend it.
