4/10
The window barely opened, just a small gap, and the room got hot. I asked the hotel to fix it, but nothing was done. To turn on the air conditioning, we had to call the front office, and it kept switching off every few hours, so we had to call again each time. We also asked if it could be set to stay on in the room, but that still wasn’t possible.

8/10
The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept well after spending the day exploring the city. The rooms were spacious and had what we needed for a pleasant stay, with Western-style amenities and decor. Hotel Denim felt clean, modern, and well cared for, and the contemporary design gave the place an inviting feel.

2/10
The room was VERY DIRTY. The carpet smelled moldy, there was dust everywhere, and we saw lots of bugs and mosquitoes. My whole family stayed, so we had three rooms, and all of them were disappointing. They only gave us one key per room even though two people were staying in each. The receptionist was very unhelpful and actually rude. They took the trash each day but didn’t clean the rooms or make the beds, even when we put out the “make up room” sign. I don’t recommend staying here at all.

10/10
The rooms were good, and the location was just right. I stayed three nights, though I found the breakfast options a bit limited.

The room had a decent amount of space, but it wasn't clean. I also felt the place was closer to a motel than a hotel, so I can't recommend it.
