It's a cheap place in a good location with the basic amenities, and the room and toilet were spacious. But the bed was really, really hard, and the bathtub had no shower curtain, so the floor got wet every time we showered. That hard bed means I probably won't come back.

The room felt spacious and cosy, with lots of amenities. They even left canned drinks in the fridge. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. It's also easy to get around from this location.

The room stayed quiet despite being next to a nightlife area of Seoul, and the room itself was good. The problem for me was luggage storage: it was only available until 5 pm, so I couldn't use it and had to store my bags at the metro instead. That was pretty unfortunate.

The hotel gives a nice, fancy impression, but the room cleanliness was a real disappointment. On day one there was a poop stain on the toilet seat, which made it seem like it hadn't been cleaned. I asked for housekeeping, but the next day I found long female hair in the toilet bowl, and there was mold along the tub joints.

The location near Yeongdeungpo Station was convenient, with lots of sights and dining options around, and I was satisfied enough that I'd consider staying again. The room was decent, though the soundproofing could be better. Cleaning didn't seem thorough beyond the areas that were visibly done. The staff dropped my neatly placed sleep mask on the floor, picked it up, and left it dusty and dirty. Reception was handled fine, but the front desk staff didn't really engage beyond that.
