The bedding was visibly stained, and a plastic mattress cover crackled every time we moved, so neither the cleanliness nor the sleep was acceptable. We also found a broken shower knob that had to be put back by hand, tiny towels, and no bath mat, leaving the floor soaked and slippery after showering. We arrived late and couldn't find the air conditioning remote. With no staff available to help, opening the window was the only option, but the room was right by a main road and the traffic kept us awake. The location near Gimpo Airport might work for a short stop, but the room's problems made this a miserable and disappointing stay.

Being close to the airport was the only real plus. The room smelled odd, maybe of cigarette smoke, and there was hair on the floor. More hair turned up on the sheets and pillows when I lifted the duvet, so I couldn't tell whether housekeeping had changed the bedding. A plastic bag under the sheets kept rustling, too. At 11 PM I went to shower and found no water at either the faucet or the showerhead. I tried calling the hotel again, but nobody picked up. I've never had a broken faucet in a hotel before.

The staff downstairs were kind, but the room was dirty, with hair in the shower, handprints on the mirrors, and dirt on the floor. Smoke smelled so strong that even with the window open all night, it was just as bad the next morning. This is a motel, not a hotel. I wouldn't stay again and can't recommend it.

Since the kiosks and automation came in, the service has gotten much worse. The place isn't clean, and amenities are often missing. I had to go to the second floor several times because there were no toothbrushes. The front desk usually doesn't answer when I call, but they do send the checkout reminder right on time.
