The whole building is owned by one owner, rather than each unit having a different owner like an officetel, and it’s very well maintained. This newly built residence is clean and quiet, with the airport terminal and subway station conveniently nearby.
Short-term rentals are available, which was a plus. The place is conveniently located and larger than other officetels, so it feels more like a hotel. It’s the quietest and most comfortable accommodation in Gangnam.
Since around November 2018, this building has been caught up in a dispute over failing to return rental deposits.
