A comfortable, clean, roomy hotel with friendly staff, and we were very satisfied. We loved the delicious breakfast and all the different food options!

The hotel was clean and the internet worked very well, but the bathroom design was extremely poor. A small step at the doorway caught my toes and made me trip. The rain shower is so low that anyone over about 5'9" will hit their head, and without a shower curtain the water covers the bathroom floor and makes it slippery. The tub and shower are unusually tall, so getting in and out is awkward and difficult. For these reasons, I wouldn't strongly recommend this hotel.

There's no front desk after certain hours. The hotel shares its building with Marinabay Sokcho hotel, and while the refrigerator is a good size and there's a washer, the kitchen is almost useless without a microwave or a working stove, which is disabled. I'm not sure it's the best choice for someone travelling alone without a car.

The breakfast was good. It's a fairly new, clean building in Sokcho, though outside the city center. The room was bright, modern, and minimalist.

I loved taking in the views from the balcony. It's a great view.
