Hotel BERITH

We had the family suite, which felt like two rooms joined together. It was spacious, very clean, and had two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. The TV, fridge, hair dryer, and everything listed on the website were there. You could use the AC even in May. The staff were kind and helpful. When you have breakfast alone, they might come chat and bring over a huge teddy bear to keep you company, lol. Breakfast is a simple free spread of cereal, milk, boiled eggs, bread, butter, jam, coffee, and tea. There’s a convenience store across the street, and a bookstore too. Parking is free in an outdoor lot less than 50 m away, though it isn’t at the hotel itself. There are almost 10 spots. The automatic gate may not work so well when it’s dark and raining. Sorry I didn’t get photos inside the room. The hotel is newly open. Highly recommend!

What a kind, friendly man! We stayed just a day, but he treated us like lifelong friends. The room was spotless and cozy, with incredibly comfortable beds. Though it was described as a four-room room, it felt like two rooms joined together, with two bathrooms. The location is great, and there’s a rooftop terrace right next door with 360-degree views over the sea. Amazing, top 10!

In downtown Sokcho, this hotel has the unusual touch of beds on heated floors. Turn on the boiler and the room and floor warm up nicely. The triple room was convenient, with two small beds, a queen-size bed, and two bathrooms. You can park in the outdoor lot next door or along the street. Breakfast is basic, just toast, juice, and milk. Seems like good value for a family trip.
