The balcony view is dramatic, almost like you're right at the edge of a cliff, and the location is really good. The staff were very kind, which I appreciated. But the rooms feel very old, and even on the 20th floor we got a strong sewer smell coming up from the bathroom. They should also be mindful of the new hotel right next door. If they renovate soon, I could recommend it after that.

The property feels a bit dated, though it was clean and clearly well looked after. You get a lovely view of the Sokcho coastline, and for the price it offers good value. A solid option if you want comfort without spending too much.

We had a comfortable stay in a nice room with a balcony and a good ocean view. The location was good too. I just wish the bathroom were a little bigger.

There’s no help from the hotel with this. Even arriving 20 minutes early means paying for early check-in, and check-in is handled in a queue rather than at kiosks. So you can get there at 3 and still have to wait until 4.

Room 1129 had no hot water, the chairs were worn out, and the parking lot was dirty. Then I got a call asking me to leave just 15 minutes after checkout. For 250,000 KRW, this was nowhere near what I expected. It felt like a 1 star motel, and I was very disappointed. I’ll try not to come back.
