Sokcho Sea Fragrance Pension

The owner seemed nice, but that doesn't make up for how bad this place was. I stayed one night and couldn't wait to leave. I can't forgive them. It badly needs cleaning and organizing. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, was pitch black, and had a broken clock. The sink wouldn't drain and water was leaking everywhere, the outlet holes were blocked, the blankets felt filthy, and the door took all my strength to shut. We squeezed onto the blankets we'd brought ourselves. The room key was inconvenient to carry, and using the refrigerator was awkward. Upstairs noise was awful. There was a smell as soon as I walked in. Trash and recycling were collected on the hallway stairs, which was smelly and unsanitary, and blankets were hanging over the stair railing. I stepped out to the car at night and was so scared by the smell in the neighborhood that I ran back inside. Is there anything here worth scoring? OMG!!!!! I have more to say, but I'll stop. It still makes me groan. Please get the place cleaned up.

The owner was incredibly kind and took care of every detail when I came to the adult net with my two kids. I'm not usually someone who uses places like this, but I really recommend it. It was clean and had all the utensils we needed.

The pool was fun, and with Baekdo Beach nearby there's plenty to enjoy. The pension is well maintained, and the owner looked after us so well.

It had a cozy, comfortable feel, almost like being at home, and I had a good rest here^^ But because water got on the bedding, they asked me to deposit 20,000 won for laundry, which I did. Does that mean the bedding gets reused after guests without being washed?
