The prices are very reasonable, so this is good value for a no-frills stay in Sokcho. My room was clean and comfortable enough. The bathroom may be the least stylish one I’ve ever seen, but everything worked, even if the fan was unbelievably loud.

I found food in the linens and what looked very likely to be bedbugs on the bed and furniture. The room hadn’t been cleaned. I left after five minutes and got my money back from staff, who didn’t seem to care about the bug issue.
