The room was spotless, though on the small side, and it's a service flat without the same facilities you'd get at a hotel. The location worked really well for us, close to the seafood street and market. Sokcho intercity bus terminal is about a 13-minute walk or a 3-minute taxi ride. Highly recommended for a visit to Sokcho.

The ocean sunrise views were great. These are nice efficiency apartments, though there's no cookware. The location is handy, about 10 minutes on foot from the intercity bus, two blocks from the bus to seoraksan, and three blocks from the market. Staff use an app to communicate with people who don't speak Korean.

It was so quiet that road noise never came through the soundproofing, and the place was clean and roomy. The central location was good too. Eunha Jee helped us check in, which went smoothly, and she even gave us pepero for pepero day. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I'd happily stay again.

Our holiday became a nightmare because a group of late teens in one room kept shouting and laughing for hours late into the night. Management wouldn't do anything, and earplugs weren't enough. Everyone has to sign a paper that says silence is required after 10pm, so I was puzzled by how specific it was at first. Now I understand why this seems to keep happening here. What are you supposed to do?

Watching the sunrise and the sea from the hotel was lovely, and our room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the trip and want to give special thanks to Park Choryong manager️.
