The bed was really comfortable, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The key card door took a bit of pushing to open, and a few little things could be better. Apart from that, everything went smoothly and it was a great stay.

Room 508 was comfortable in the end, thanks to the helpful staff. Several rooms had a strong smoke smell, including the other rooms we were moved to. Our Royal Room was very clean and spacious, around 35 square metres by my estimate, with a hot jacuzzi pool. The water looked blue because antiseptic solution is added automatically. The room amenities were good, and the Japanese and Korean traditional style was nice. The hotel is right by a bus stop. Staff weren’t comfortable speaking English or Chinese.
