I stayed three nights, and housekeeping was inadequate. The trash wasn’t taken out after the first night; on the second night, they finally removed what had accumulated over two days. The bedding was only straightened, not properly replaced. The shower is only partly screened off with glass, so a bath mat on the floor is essential. The towel used on the bathroom floor the first night was left there, damp and wrinkled, instead of being replaced. The room cleaning felt perfunctory, with standards below what I expected. The hot water also seemed capped at a temperature limit. In below-zero weather, lukewarm showers were very uncomfortable. This was my first hotel review during an overseas trip because the stay fell so far below basic expectations. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping and hot water so guests can have a reasonable experience.

Suwon is close by, but the hotel is far from Seoul. The room was small, and breakfast was below basic. Over my five nights, they never serviced the room or even vacuumed the carpet. They only changed the towels and refilled the water bottle. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re visiting South Korea.
