82 Capsule Hotel

The location was my favorite part, right by the subway station with a great area around it. Everything was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel’s accommodation and amenities were just right. If you’re bringing heavy luggage, though, expect to carry it up the stairs yourself.

I wouldn’t choose this hostel again. Reception never answered my messages, and I didn’t see any staff for a whole day. The so-called included breakfast was only three slices of toast, with no milk, bowls or cutlery. There’s no sign outside, so finding the place is difficult. You can take the elevator to the 4th floor, but after that there are two narrow flights of stairs, a pain with 30kg of luggage. Only one toilet worked, and it was on a different floor from my room. It’s behind the locker room, which has no chair or table for getting ready. The facilities are almost nonexistent. The capsule was much too cramped. The air conditioning ran constantly and was very noisy, yet the capsule got unbearably hot because it closes with a wooden door. I told reception about all of this and got no reply. It’s cheap, but still not worth the money. Avoid it if you can.
