Such a huge disappointment. Don't let the flashy photos fool you. I was upgraded from a standard room, but the hygiene was so bad I rushed out to Daiso for cleaning supplies and scrubbed the place. Even after that, I couldn't make myself use the bathtub. It looked spotless from outside, and I thought I'd just clean it a little, but chunks of grime came out of the metal filter inside the tub, so I gave up. The room had clearly been remodeled, but that doesn't matter much if the cleaning is so sloppy. Some furniture, including the refrigerator and air conditioner, was worn too, though hygiene was the real problem. I was just relieved that at least the bedding was clean. The front desk was nicely decorated and looked good. They lend phone chargers if you leave your ID or credit card there until you return it. If you're borrowing one, remember to bring it back at checkout, or they'll immediately charge another 30,000 won to the card you left. Warm water comes out, but getting hot water was difficult.
