Bella Guesthouse

It's a lovely place, but you can hear other guests very clearly through the wall between family rooms 1 and 2. At night the temperature was set very high, and the owner couldn't change it.

We ended up here because the company retreat was fully booked. My spouse and I are a bit introverted, so we were initially worried a guesthouse might feel uncomfortable, but we felt at home and had no trouble. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the bedding seemed clean. Having a private bathroom right next to us made showers easy. Parking was convenient, and we could air out the room by opening the balcony. We didn't even realize there was someone in the room next door on the same floor. We also didn't really know the guesthouse rules, so we just used the facilities as we pleased. After watching the sunrise, we had Chungmu Gimbap, and the stay made us want to come back to Tongyeong. We'd definitely stay at Bella Guesthouse again. I left something behind by accident and messaged through Agoda. They replied right away, said they'd kept it for us, and told us we could come pick it up.

I enjoyed reading the many books in the living room, and my girls loved spending time with the dog and cat. My family of five, including two little girls, stayed for two nights in the largest room, which had six beds. It was my first visit to Tongyeong, and the owners were so kind and warm that we all felt comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, especially the seaweed soup and Chungmu kimbap. The bedding, bathroom, and other facilities were very clean. It was a wonderful stay, and we'll definitely come back next time we're in Tongyeong. Thank you to the owners and their wife😍

The rooms are spacious and clean, with private bathrooms, plenty of towels, and extra ones if you need them. For me, three things make Bella Guesthouse a great choice for a Tongyeong trip. First, the location: you can park in the evening and take a nearby taxi, with the ride only taking about 5 to 10 minutes. That made it easy to go for a drink. There's also a convenience store nearby, and it's close to Deepirang, Surfirang, Dongpirang, Tongyeong Luge, and the cable car. Second, the host's local information filled in things I couldn't find online. It helped me get a clear picture of Tongyeong and avoid unnecessary travel. There are cultural guides at each stop, plus plenty of good restaurants and local specialties nearby. Third, the breakfast was amazing. I've stayed at lots of guesthouses, but hadn't had one serve such an elaborate breakfast. I was especially happy to have Tongyeong's Chungmu Gimbap in the morning, and didn't buy any during the trip. I highly recommend this place.
