The Tongyeong Luge is nearby, which was the one upside. The room was somewhat dirty, there wasn't much cutlery, and the warped frying pan didn't sit properly on the induction stove. They also didn't provide salt, sugar, or similar basics. The living room TV was too small, and the place could use some remodeling.

We paid around 150,000 won during the holiday season, which seemed reasonable. Our twin room had a lovely balcony ocean view and a spacious, comfortable bathroom. The condo itself looks old, though the renovated room interior was clean, and there was plenty of parking both in the condo lot and outside by the breakwater. The bed was about super-single size, a bit cramped for four people: my husband and me, my siblings in elementary school, and my kids in 3rd and 5th grade.

The marine sports facilities right next door were a nice bonus. Inside was clean and seemed well maintained, though the exterior looked a little worn. It's affordable and in a great location.

We stayed with family in winter, and the floor was so warm it was almost hot, just right for warming up after being out. My parents liked it too. The rooms were a good size for a family, and the place was remodeled and clean. Prices were quite reasonable.
