The private beach is lovely, and the renovated rooms are decent. Still, the setup feels more focused on easy maintenance than on the hospitality you'd expect at a four-star resort. They didn't even provide basic tea bags, which made me feel I should buy my drinks at the cafe. I also wasn't happy with most of the staff, apart from the person who checked me in. They smiled, but seemed on edge and reluctant to interact, as if there were an invisible wall between them and guests. A few things that happened left me a bit appalled. This isn't the kind of service I expect from a four-star place, and I doubt they'd care much about my small complaints.

I regret staying here. The facilities are old, the corridors smell foul, and there were bugs everywhere. The morning buffet was all carbs, carbs, carbs, so I can't recommend it. This is not a four-star hotel. Stay away, you've been warned.

Getting to lots of good sightseeing spots was easy, and the parking lot is roomy. Great value for the price.

This place really let me down. The rooms aren't maintained, and it looks nothing like the photos. There are no proper chairs or sofa, just one plastic bench and seven plastic bar stools. We got hand towels only, no bath towels, and there weren't beach towels even to buy, or any beach loungers or chairs. There's no place to eat outside the property, and the “Restaurant” was dirty, seemed to have little hygiene, and offered only a very expensive, disappointing buffet. The beds are hard, there is no daily room service, and the bath in one room and the room refrigerator didn't work. They also want to fine guests who don't take their recycling down the hall to the bin. I wouldn't call this a 4 star resort. It felt like a 2 star motel on the beach, with more promised than delivered.

The beaches here are lovely, and the resort seems set up for visitors from all over. There's a bakery with a good spread of tasty treats, plus a gift shop that carries imported adult drinks. The international buffet might suit picky kids, and they can enjoy the robot strolls when called. For grown-ups, there's beer you can drink as much as you like 😜
