Manager yongshin cho gave us such a warm welcome, and the suite and facilities really impressed me. It was our first visit, but we’ll be back after a five-star stay. I’d recommend booking here if you want a restful break. Thanks to all the lovely staff for being so hospitable!

We had a great view of Ulsanbawi Rock in Seorak Mountain from the room. The last night was less comfortable, though: strong winds and lots of noise shook the building, which caused some inconvenience.

We stayed in a two-bedroom suite at Sono Calm. The shared areas had some nice luxury touches, and the place was clean and generally well kept, but the room itself felt dated, with old, worn flooring. There was a sink but no stove or microwave in our room; we later spotted a microwave in the hallway by the elevators. The towels were tiny for showering, and they supplied shampoo and body wash but no conditioner.

We went in June with my wife and mother-in-law. The rooms were roomy and comfortable, with lovely views, and there was plenty to do, including the water park, spa, cafes, and restaurants. If your room has a kitchen, bring food to cook, along with snacks and drinks, including adult beverages.
