The staff were really nice and helpful. For a two-star hotel, it surprised me. I've stayed in some three-star and even four-star places that weren't as nice. A microwave in the room would be the only improvement I'd ask for.

The breakfast wasn't for me: white toast, cereal and milk, a banana, tomato, tea and coffee, pretty much that. I'm not used to that kind of breakfast in an Asian country, though they said they don't have room for a restaurant. If you like coffee, the machine's coffee is good. The room itself was very comfortable, with a large bed, separate slippers for the room and bathroom, a shower, and a beautiful bathtub behind a glass wall. The towels were soft and white, a bathrobe was ready, and the toilet was super comfortable. There was also a kettle and water in the room. What really amazed me was the staff. They were so nice and ready to help, and when we had trouble getting somewhere, staff even walked us to certain destinations. That had never happened to me before. Their recommendations were always good, and I'm truly grateful.

Good value for the price. The beds were soft with the extra mattress, the rooms stayed clean, and the towels were changed. Recommended.

There are lots of places to eat near the hotel, and the subway station and shopping center are close by. The location is good, and the staff are great and friendly.

For the price, it met our expectations on cleanliness and breakfast. It's not a five-star hotel, but I'd still give it five stars.
