There was no water for quite a while, and updates came slowly.

Maybe I expected too much. The place was okay, and I can't think of anywhere else nearby that measures up to it. But the lobby smelled of restaurant food, almost like mealtime in a hospital, and the bathroom exhaust fan was much too loud. It still seemed better than a motel.

I slept so comfortably, even though I'm usually particular about whether blankets are clean. The room was tidy, and the water felt lovely, maybe because it was hot spring water. Even a shower left me feeling refreshed. Breakfast was simple but good, and they even set up a place for me to play in the air.

It had just opened, so everything was really clean and nice. I enjoyed a bath, then took a nap. Perfect, haha. I think I'll come back.
