The room itself was decent, clean, and had a bathtub, but the male owner at Daon gave customers no service at all. Parking is why I won't return. We arrived at 1:30 PM after reserving, ahead of the 3 PM check-in, and asked if we could leave the truck inside while we got lunch and came back at check-in. He told us to park on the street, even though there were open spaces. He wouldn't let 1-ton trucks or box trucks use the lot. When we asked again because spaces were available, he got angry and told us to throw away our fixed-inconspicuous bags, saying, “It could be outside.” My husband travels around the country making deliveries, and his truck carries goods worth tens of millions of won. I was stunned and wondered whether the owner would take responsibility if anything went missing while it was parked outside. He shouldn't yell at guests just because he's the owner. He acted like a bully, as if being in charge gave him the right to treat people that way. I've never seen anything like it. My uncle also travels nationwide to accommodations for deliveries, and this is the first owner he's encountered who behaved like this. It felt as though people arriving in 1-ton trucks weren't even counted as customers.
