Good value, and the staff were kind.

Breakfast being included was a nice touch. The place seems to have been remodeled more recently than the other nearby motels, so it was clean, but the odor is hard to escape. I stayed with my child while they were taking an exam, and the cigarette-smoke-like smell made things difficult for them. As the name suggests, it is right by the sea.

The room was reasonably spacious, and you can see the pier and watch the sun come up. It was 40,000 won in the off-season, though there’s a large mixed-use development project under construction right in front at the moment. There’s a basic toast setup in the first-floor lobby, plus a TV and Wi-Fi. If you want a slightly more comfortable stay, this is about the level you’ll find around here.

There were eggs at breakfast, which I was very happy about. The cigarette smell in the room, though, was awful. I have problems with my lungs, bronchi, and larynx, so I suffered badly. I’d recommend this place to smokers. I was so desperate to get rid of the smell that I seriously wanted to set the room on fire.
