It's a decent spot near Gwangalli Beach, but the room was in poor shape. The bathroom door was broken and wouldn't shut, and nobody mentioned it when I booked. After I checked in and had dinner, they called to ask me to use the shower curtain because of the door. The toilet had an issue too, and I was told to hold the flush button down.

I showed up without a reservation and felt I was charged too much. The room has an odd layout, and the shower is only in the bathroom. It's positioned so high that using the bathroom is really inconvenient, and I have to be careful because I'm worried about falling.

I arrived at 1:30 AM and paid 45,000 won by card. Maybe they discounted a room that was left, I'm not sure. The female owner was kind. The room was clean, and so was the small bathroom. They'd stocked plenty of disposable toiletries, which was great.

From room 506, I could see Gwangan Bridge through a small window, though it wasn't really an ocean view. The owner was kind, and the room was clean and decent. I stayed during the peak season holiday on August 16, 2020. Soundproofing wasn't great, but that's understandable for a motel.

For my two nights visiting G-Star 2022, I booked a solo PC room. It was clean, and League of Legends and Overwatch both ran well. A LoL brush or something similar would be a nice addition.
