We were glad we stayed here. The rooms were roomy and very clean, and the location worked well, close to shops and restaurants and not far from the bike path. The reception staff were really friendly. When we arrived, the person at the desk was kind and helped with our bikes and requests, using basic English.
We were impressed by the clean rooms and really enjoyed the stay. The bathtub had a jacuzzi feel, which was a nice surprise. We were cycling through the city and had to leave our bikes outside.
The room was spotless and the price was good. The manager was especially great, very friendly too.
There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, which was ridiculous. I was also disappointed by the front desk experience. I booked on Agoda by mistake and was due to check in at 10 p.m., but they pressured me to pay extra to check in. I heard the guest before me had run into the same issue: he was supposed to check in at 11 a.m. but never showed up. It's a nice motel, but that left a bad impression.
I often stay here when I travel to Mulgeum Station. The rooms are consistently clean, and the bathroom and tub are kept in good condition.
