Checking in here was the most frustrating experience I’ve had. I booked on Agoda and showed up around 6 PM after seeing that check-in was available 24 hours. The lobby was cramped, with three kiosks and QR code banners, and several groups of older guests were struggling too. There was nobody at the desk, and I couldn’t find a usable customer service number. Even the Naver number wouldn’t connect. It seems the property is run by three separate companies, each with a different check-in process, and I couldn’t figure out which company the posted QR codes belonged to. A sign said Agoda guests would get a separate email, but nothing arrived. One KakaoTalk link led me to a company that said it wasn’t theirs. I eventually tried to get a refund, then managed to check in with help from Agoda customer service. They should clearly explain the process or provide a number if they advertise 24-hour check-in. Don’t come here with seniors. I wanted to help the people having trouble, but couldn’t find a fix, and the whole thing was very uncomfortable. I’ve never had a check-in this inconvenient or difficult.

The rooms are decent and the location works well, but the parking and elevators are a nightmare, and the soundproofing is poor. There are roughly 300 rooms and only two regular elevators, stopping at every floor. If you’re on an upper floor, you can wait ages for one to come up. Down low, they’re often packed, so taking the stairs down can be quicker. I really wouldn’t want to pay to stay here.

The rooms look clean and new in the photos, and there are lots of amenities. The location is great, right by the beach. But from May through November, the mosquitoes and flies can apparently get unbelievably bad unless you’re on the 11th floor or above. Keep both windows shut, and don’t open the door or even the screen, bugs will get in. The parking lot is dirty, and there’s a public lot out front where locals can be territorial. They often tell people to leave, saying it’s reserved for car camping. Check the photos carefully. Open the door and step outside, and you could end up with Yangyang friends around your bed all night.

The view is great, but the regular parking area fills up after 3 p.m. If it’s full, I’d recommend using the mechanical parking on the first floor.
