The room was a decent size, but the ondol made it so hot that I had to ask for an air conditioning controller. Looking toward the ocean came with street noise. There's not much around the hotel apart from a few fish markets within walking distance and a coffee shop. If you want somewhere remote, this is the place. Next time I'd choose a bigger area like seokcho or gangreung instead.

The room was motel sized, and the walls and ceiling were so thin I could hear people walking upstairs and using water next door. We booked an ocean view, but the room on the third floor smelled bad and had dirty walls, so we had to switch. From the new room the windows were dirty, and a closed seafood market sat between us and the sea. That isn't what I'd call an ocean view. The rooftop was okay, though the view was mostly that market. The staff were very friendly, but this is motel level, and I've stayed in better. I wouldn't recommend it to friends.
