The rooms feel motel-level, but the location near Hakdong Shipyard is convenient, and breakfast is included. You put breakfast together yourself, with options like yukgaejang cup noodles, Paldo Dosirak noodles, toast, fried eggs, and nurungji.

A good deal, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby so you can get around on foot. Parking is tight, but there's a public lot across the road that you can use for a fee.

The room's heated floor was wonderful when I stayed recently, and the staff were friendly. The place is clean and a good value. My one complaint is the blinds: they let quite a bit of outside light through, even with all the lights off.

Breakfast starts at 7:30 AM, and the place seems very thorough about cleaning. It has an ocean view, though it's nothing especially spectacular. For this price, though, a view like that would cost at least 200,000 won in Busan... haha.
