R B Business Hotel

It was hard to find staff, and the ones I encountered were unfriendly. They need more training in guest service.

Noise from the nearby karaoke and amusement places made sleeping difficult, and the room seemed poorly ventilated. After checking out, both my companion and I felt dizzy, lightheaded, and had headaches. The symptoms lasted for several hours. We went to the hospital, where they said carbon monoxide exposure was likely. It's disappointing that a lodging facility had such poor basic environmental management.

The hallway had a strong air freshener smell, and with no windows there, it gave me a headache. My room's desk was too small for even simple work. The guest room, bathroom, and kitchen were clean, though, and it was quiet enough for a good night's sleep.

A typical business hotel, with no view, but the windows are a plus. The room had amenities, Netflix, and no hallway noise. You need your room key for the elevator, so food deliveries have to be collected on the first floor. Central air only lets you adjust the temperature, but it kicked in as soon as it reached the setting I wanted, so I had no trouble with it.
