Hwanggeumbit Pension has its restaurant downstairs, with the pension rooms above. I've eaten there but haven't stayed overnight. It was empty when we came, which made me hesitate a little. Once we tried the marinated crab and soft tofu stew, though, I saw there was no reason to worry. Both tasted great, and the portions were generous. The crab was 10,000 won per serving, which is a really good deal.
