Yeosu Hotel Provence

I only booked because it was Chuseok. The location is the one thing that might bring me back, because otherwise I don't think I would return. The TV didn't work, the refrigerator handle was shattered, and the bathroom shower was faulty. The owner wasn't very helpful either. Checkout was supposed to be at 11 AM, but the door locked at 10 AM.

There was plenty of space, and the room was clean. The owner was very friendly. It came equipped with a coffee pot, hair dryer, shampoo, lotion, soap, and body lotion.

I wouldn't stay here. I don't know how many guests will be foreigners who can't speak Korean, but the hotel offers no service, and changes or refunds aren't possible for any reason. It feels like throwing your money away. There are plenty of nearby hotels with a better service mindset. Apparently I'm not the only one with this experience. When I called about changing my reservation, they got angry, said the air conditioner needed repair, and then blocked me. They told me to sort it out with the booking platform, but now they're lying to the platform and keeping my room fee for free. Hope you get rich!! ^^

The place is spacious and clean. The bathroom and toilet are on opposite sides of an exposed sink. Soap and shampoo come in large containers, not disposable packs. The door uses an old-fashioned key, not a key card that locks automatically when you close it, so you have to lock it from inside.
