It feels more like a hostel, but given the location and the price, it’s decent.

There’s a crab alley nearby, and the guesthouse can accommodate four people at an affordable price. The building is old but reasonably well maintained. Parking is limited to five spaces. I’d suggest it if you’re traveling without high expectations and just need a bed for the night.

Breakfast was toast with jam, soup, fried eggs, coffee, and tea bags, and the owner was friendly. The former motel has been renovated into a guesthouse. The area is a cluster of motels, which felt a little inconvenient with young children, and the central heating left it somewhat cold.

Getting to Yeosu’s attractions is convenient, and there’s a bus stop just a five-minute walk away.

I never saw the owner. It smelled moldy and was dirty, like it hadn’t been maintained at all.
