We booked this place at the last minute for the May 1st Labor Day holiday, when finding a room was difficult. The price was reasonable, the owner seemed to keep the place clean, and the room was very spacious. It had disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, as well as reusable amenities. Heating worked well, and noise between rooms seemed well insulated. The building faces the Coast Guard dock, though, and the terrace sash may have had an issue because sound insulation there was minimal. A Coast Guard alarm woke me in the morning. It's at the entrance to Dolsando Island, across Dolsandaegyo Bridge from Jungang-dong. I went for an early walk, but the Coast Guard dock and a shipbuilding company were off-limits to outsiders, so I couldn't get close to the ocean. Still, it was quiet, Jungang-dong was easy to reach by car, and I'd definitely come back.

Yong Beach turned out even better than I expected, especially since rooms were hard to find over the long weekend. The room was clean, and at night the ocean, romantic pocha street, and cable car looked amazing. There was mold behind the bathroom shower stall, and there was no screen, so I couldn't leave the door open. There weren't any outdoor slippers either. Those things cost it one star.

The night view was especially stunning, and the facilities felt spacious and clean. There's a roomy terrace too. I'd like to come during barbecue season.

Everything was clean, and I had a good stay. The one downside was that you could see the bathroom through the opaque ceiling from the living room.
