The owner is friendly, and I like the decent facilities and affordable price. Parking is easy too: there's a public lot right next door that's free from 9 PM to 9 AM. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby, including karaoke bars, and the large market next door makes shopping convenient.

There was dust all over, and the walls had lots of stains. The room also smelled strongly of cigarettes and mustiness. I saw baby cockroaches, which was a first for me in a lodging place. When I complained, the host got angry and asked what I expected them to do.

The room was in really poor condition. They say every room is a smoking room.

I checked the motels around here while looking for somewhere to stay the night before my Landscape Gardening Technician exam. This was the best of them; the others were really bad. Don't risk some dubious place just to save a little money.

You can usually get a one-night stay for 50,000 won on a weekend. Check-in starts at 5 PM and checkout is by noon the next day, so there's plenty of time to take it easy.
