The location works well, but the room was only so-so in terms of cleanliness. The cigarette smell was so strong it was hard to put up with.

The bed was the highlight for me, really fluffy and cozy, and I slept so well. There are also lots of places that deliver, plus plenty of restaurants nearby. The parking lot felt a bit cramped, and the facilities are dated, though I can convince myself they’re state of the art compared with what’s around here. It’s about a five-minute drive from the Korean Folk Village, and there’s a great grilled short rib place nearby, along with a good spot for pork rinds. I think this will be my regular place whenever I visit the Korean Folk Village.

The room was roomy and the bathroom was clean, which I liked. The bed wasn’t comfortable, so anyone with back pain might want to keep that in mind. On the plus side, every room can play Netflix, TVING, and Disney Plus.

For us, it gets a 3 as a hotel. We took off a point for cleanliness and another for how well things worked. Even judging it as a motel, a perfect score feels like a stretch, so we’d give it a 4 there.
