The staff were really helpful, and the spa was very nice too. Coming from the Middle East, I was impressed by the hospitality here. It went beyond what I expected from a small country like Kosovo.

The spa and pool were the best part of the stay. The indoor pool and saunas are world class and clearly very well maintained. It was a 5 star experience just outside the city center.

It may have been around for a while, but the hotel still keeps its high standards. One of the best places to stay in Pristina. Everything felt perfect, and I'd highly recommend it.

The service was even better than the superb staff. By far the best hotel in Kosovo.

I had a really nice time here. The hotel is in good shape, modern and well maintained, with a wide range of services. The staff were professional, especially at reception. For me, the best hotel in Pristina.
